Classic Series:
One Size Fits All so you just need to pick up your favorite colors!

Signature Series:
Where do you produce?
All of our production is made locally in Barcelona and Portugal. We only use top quality certified yarn with anti-odor and anti-bacteria properties.
Washing Indications:
For best results, we recommend washing in cold water to preserve colors and DO NOT add bleach. Regular dryer is great. The socks won't fade any more than your regular clothes. Always wash with same color clothes.
Can I use your Socks for Skateboarding or Running?
Absolutely! American Socks are designed for any kind of active lifestyle. The reinforced construction of the sole and heel soften the step and give extra comfort.For gym lovers, weight lifters and crossfitters, compression will support your toughtest exercices.
2.PAYMENT
How do I Pay?
Payment via Crecit Card is a simple, safe and quick payment method. We accept VISA, Mastercard and Maestro Cards. The transaction is carried out with your security in mind and the data is encrypted for your protection.
All you need is a valid Credit Card (VISA, Mastercard or Maestro-Card). Just enter your Credit Card Number in the box. For verification please enter your card security code in the next box. This number is often located on the back of your Credit Card. We also accept Stripe payments.
Do I have to pay taxes or duties?
Unfortunately if you live outside the European Economic Community (EEC) country you will be responsible for any custom charges imposed in your country. We cannot predict what these might be so you may be better contacting your local customs office to find out more. These fees are paid to the local carrier not to American Socks. All international orders may be subject to tax and duties. These fees are charged by you government and are separate from any shipping fees.

I didn’t recieve my order. Where is it?
Please allow some time until you contact us about your order.
Shippings can take longer in some cases because of holidays or customs.
Please note, we always ship your products 24 hours after receiving the order. (We don’t ship on weekends)
The tracking number will be sent automatically to you via e-mail once the order is processed. You can check the order status in your account.
4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Do you ship worldwide?
We absolutely ship worldwide. Doesn't matter where you are living, we're gonna deliver your socks straight to your door. Shipping costs applied are calculated depending on your location.Shipping methods and delivery:
- All purchases are shipped within 24 hours 5 days a week.
- Please make sure that the address that you have listed on Checkout is the address you would like to have your shipment sent
- Unless you select 48/72h Shipping, Estimated Delivery times may vary if your order is queued on customs.
Aproximate National Delivery:
Spain: 24h-48h*
Aproximate International Delivery: (Unless you select 48/72h Shipping)
Europe: 6-10 Days*
World: 10-15 Days*

Where is my tracking number?
The tracking number will be sent automatically to you via e-mail once the order is processed. If you lost it, you can check the status in your account page. Already have the tracking number and just want to know where are your socks?

What if I’m not home when delivery?
If the post company attempt delivery when you are not home a card will be left with details on how to arrange re-delivery or collection. Please contact your local post office, to see if they’ve got your package.
If your parcel is not called for, it will be returned to us, once we receive it we will be in touch via email. Please note – when collecting your order from a courier depot you may be required to provide photo ID
Can I amend my delivery address?
If you have made a mistake with your address when placing your order please contact us immediately so we can try to rectify your details. Please quote your order number when doing this to speed the process up.
Please note if your order has already left our warehouse then we are unable to amend the shipping details and you'll be charged again for shipping.
If your order can not be delivered due to the address being incomplete or being refused at the address we will contact you directly, this will not be until the item is returned to us.
5. Return Policy:
What is your return policy?
FAULTY PRODUCT: Before returning any faulty products, please email our customer service department, providing images and the relative information, so that we can aim to get this resolved as quickly as possible. (orders@americansocks.com)
WRONG ITEM: If you are to receive an incorrect item, we sincerely apologise. Please email our customer service department as soon as possible providing the full details of your order, so that we can get this matter resolved.
We accept returns up to 30 days after the original purchase date.
Your item must be returned in new condition (not worn, stained, etc) and in its original package. Please note return postage charges are non refundable unless your order is faulty or incorrect.
